About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Saudi Arabia and drive new customer acquisition in logistics, warehousing, and e-commerce sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify potential clients in the logistics and e-commerce ecosystem
  • Conduct product demos for DMS/OMS/WMS
  • Manage the full sales cycle (Prospecting → Pitching → Negotiation → Closing)
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets
  • Update CRM regularly and prepare sales reports
    Work closely with the Customer Success Team to ensure seamless onboarding
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of B2B or SaaS sales experience
  • Knowledge of logistics, shipping, or e-commerce operations is a strong advantage
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Based in Saudi Arabia with valid residency

We are hiring a Customer Success Executive to support and guide clients through onboarding, system adoption, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard and train clients on DMS/OMS/WMS systems
  • Handle support tickets, technical inquiries, and operational challenges
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure system adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare QBR (Quarterly Business Review) reports
  • Collaborate with Product & Tech teams to escalate issues and deliver solutions
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients to increase retention
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success or Technical Support
  • Strong understanding of logistics or e-commerce workflows
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Fluent in Arabic, good English preferred
  • SaaS experience is a plus
