Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential clients in the logistics and e-commerce ecosystem
- Conduct product demos for DMS/OMS/WMS
- Manage the full sales cycle (Prospecting → Pitching → Negotiation → Closing)
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets
- Update CRM regularly and prepare sales reports
Work closely with the Customer Success Team to ensure seamless onboarding
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of B2B or SaaS sales experience
- Knowledge of logistics, shipping, or e-commerce operations is a strong advantage
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Based in Saudi Arabia with valid residency

Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard and train clients on DMS/OMS/WMS systems
- Handle support tickets, technical inquiries, and operational challenges
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure system adoption and customer satisfaction
- Prepare QBR (Quarterly Business Review) reports
- Collaborate with Product & Tech teams to escalate issues and deliver solutions
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients to increase retention
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Success or Technical Support
- Strong understanding of logistics or e-commerce workflows
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts
- Fluent in Arabic, good English preferred
- SaaS experience is a plus
