Customer Attraction / Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a professional onboarding specialist to be responsible for bringing in new customers and ensuring they have a smooth and effective transition when starting to use LogesTechs software. This is a full-time, in-person position located at our Ramallah office.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Onboarding:
    – Product training.
    – Client support and assistance.
    – Customer engagement.
    – Gather feedback from customers.
    – Keep detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Collaboration and Improvement:
    – Work closely with other teams such as Product Development, Marketing, and Support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    – Continuously identify and implement improvements to onboarding processes and systems to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    – Provide insights and feedback to help shape product development and overall customer experience.
  • Administrative Tasks: Contract Management Handle administrative aspects such as completing contracts, determining service charges, and arranging billing for new customers.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of customer success and account management experience (ideally with existing logistics experience).
  • Comfort with a high-volume funnel and ambitious monthly targets.
  • Attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written Arabic and English communication skills.
  • Excellent collaboration, organization, time-management, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to influence and motivate people in a variety of contexts; sales experience preferred.
  • Patience and empathy while teaching customers or handling tricky customer situations.
  • Experience in CRM tools for sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, business, marketing, or any related field.
