Implementation can take between 1 to 4 weeks. It depends on the extent to which you want to customize the software, and it also depends on the availability of your employees (At least the ones that will participate in the training session). During which you business will keep running as usual.

Do I need a developer to implement the system?

No you will not need a developer, our team will worry about the technical parts. You only need to make sure that your employees will make the most benefit from the training. Our team is available around the clock and always happy to help.

How customizable is the system?

The system is highly customizable. Our policy is that we are willing to implement any customization as long as we know that this additional work will benefit all our clients. If you want an exclusive customization then you will have to pay for it.
